hmmmm.... Interesting... I look soo...abusive... great concept!
A few pointers...
-try useing a blur brush to even out the edges of a cutout image
-When cutting out an image sometimes it's woth the extra time to go over the edges with an eraser tool at 25% flow rate to get rid of any excess pixels that would otherwise be a visible "line" around the image(such as on the left shoulder)
